Job summary
A healthcare organization in Greater London is seeking a Cardiac Rehabilitation Health Care Assistant. In this full-time role, you will support the Nursing and Exercise Team in delivering a comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme and assist with patient observations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and be dedicated to continuous improvement in patient care. Work is primarily at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, with potential for cross-site work.

- Support and assist the registered Nurse and Exercise Team in cardiac rehabilitation.
- Accurately undertake and record patient observations.
- Support in delivering the exercise programme.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in outpatient clinics for cardiac rehabilitation.
- Assist in meeting the needs of patients participating in the programme.
