A leading armed forces charity is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant (Supervisor) in Ripon. This role involves managing shifts, guiding team members, and providing compassionate care tailored to residents' needs. The position offers 36 hours per week with a pay rate of £15.22 to £16.36 per hour. Applicants should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care and be willing to undertake further qualifications. NightSenior Care Assistant (Supervisor) with experience in care homes, adult health, social care, or community settings. Evidence of professional development in dementia care is essential. You'll inspire care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each resident’s needs. You'll create personalised care plans, promote health and well-being, and ensure that the preferences and choices of residents are central to their care.
The role offers 36 hours per week, working 3 shifts over 7 days. Our night shift runs from 8:00pm to 8:00am, including weekends and bank holidays.
Rate of pay: £15.22 to £16.36 per hour inclusive of night allowance.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent and will be willing to work towards a Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisory Apprenticeship Standard. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
