Job summary
A healthcare provider in Wales is seeking a Community Rehabilitation Co-ordinator to join their team. This crucial role involves managing rotas for Rehab Therapy Assistants and ensuring that all service users receive consistent, high-quality support. A candidate with organizational, time management, and strong communication skills is ideal. Experience in health or social care environments is desirable. The position offers a pro-rata salary ranging from £25,313 to £26,999 per year.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
- Knowledge of Health or Social Care.
- Ability to travel around the county to visit service users.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage rotas for Rehab Therapy Assistants.
- Manage administration of the Electronic Rostering system.
- Ensure no service user is left without support.
