Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a skilled Town Planner to join the planning team of a highly reputable Property Consultancy based in Ashford, Kent. If you're looking to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Town Planner, you will play an integral role in a well-established and experienced team, managing a diverse range of client instructions across various sectors. Collaborating with the property and development teams, you'll have the chance to work on projects of varying sizes and complexities. With clients including house builders, developers, universities, private investors, and rural business owners, you will gain a broad range of experience.
- Experience: Ideally, you'll have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a consultancy, house builder, or local authority setting, and be working towards or recently qualified (MRTPI).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kent and East Sussex regions would be advantageous.
- Work Style: You should be comfortable working independently, developing your own casework over time, while receiving support from experienced planners and consultants.
- Flexibility: We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants and can offer flexible working arrangements.
- Competitive Salary & Uncapped Bonus: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum, with a performance-based bonus structure to reward individual achievements.
