A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Senior Planner near Dorchester. The role involves providing planning advice and managing applications for Residential, Agricultural, and Commercial projects. Candidates must be a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) with at least 3 years PQE and previous client-facing experience. This position primarily requires office-based work with some flexibility for remote work.
LOCATION: Nr Dorchester
SALARY: £40,000 – £55,000
Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
This is a client facing, fee earning role. The position involves working closely with all departments of the Firm from the early concept stage of a project through to discharge of planning conditions on Residential, Agricultural and Commercial projects across the Wessex region.
