The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the firm's portfolio by bringing in substantial new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly in housing land and large mandate occupier clients.
2. Build and maintain a portfolio of clients looking to develop and build.
3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
6. Provide expert advice and guidance on planning and development matters.
7. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
