Responsibilities:

• Handling incidents, resolving problems, and implementing change requests
• Contributing to a variety of projects based on customer requirements
• Collaborating with on-site teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and effective communication
• Maintaining and troubleshooting a diverse range of systems while meeting SLAs
• Managing multiple open issues with attention to detail and efficiency

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• To be considered, you must either hold current SC Clearance or have lived in the UK continuously for the past five years to be eligible to apply.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP level networking experience
• Project implementation and operations experience
• Network security expertise, including certificate management
• Strong experience in virtualisation (VMware)
• Proficiency in proactive monitoring tools (SolarWinds)
• Enthusiasm for learning and supporting engineering development activities

• Cisco/HP Core & Edge Networking, Cisco Firewalls (ASA/Firepower), VPN Solutions, Fortinet, Meraki
• Secure application gateways/reverse proxies, DHCP, MPLS/VPLS, DNS (BIND & Microsoft), SIP/IP-PBX/SBC, Citrix
• VMware, SolarWinds
• PowerShell scripting, software tool implementation
