Description

Main Responsibilities
Product
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements.
- Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.
- Planning and prioritising product backlog and development for the product.
- Working with the Product Director to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics, and themes to focus on those with maximum value aligned with the product strategy.
- Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
- Working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.
- Producing a clear Release Plan and monitoring performance against the release dates.
- Researching and analysing market, users, and the product roadmap.
- Following industry trends and competitors.
- Keeping abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and delivering sprint and release reviews.
- Acting as the ‘proxy customer’ to ensure developments meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.
Responsible for:
- Attending training, listening to guidance & communications, and understanding responsibilities regarding Personal Information processing and protection, complying with company policy.
- Being aware of risks and regulatory requirements related to Personal Information and implementing measures to mitigate them.
