A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Policy Consultant to join the team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree, at least three years relevant experience in consultancy or policy analysis, and strong qualitative and quantitative skills. This is a Consultant‑level role suitable for candidates with at least three years relevant work experience in consulting government or related agencies.
You will lead specific tasks and work packages within projects, contribute to business development and begin managing small projects independently. The role requires a strong understanding of the policy environment and knowledge of UK and / or EU policy topics aligned to our core areas of business. We are particularly interested in those with a background in STI and / or the Green Economy.
The successful candidate will contribute to and sometimes lead policy studies, evaluations and impact assessments ensuring delivery is in line with advances in research methods and evolving government guidelines for evidence‑based policymaking.
