Costello Medical is hiring talented Analysts and Medical Writers to join our growing UK teams. You will:

• Analyse and present clinical trial data in various formats such as reports, value dossiers, and peer-reviewed publications
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects across disease areas
• Communicate directly with clients, contributing to meetings and strategy development
• Receive 1:1 training from senior colleagues across writing, project management, and communication
• Be assigned to one of several specialist divisions (e.g., HTA, Market Access, Rare Diseases, Real-World Evidence)

• A 2:1 or higher in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, pharmacy, medicine, chemistry)
• Strong writing and data analysis skills
• Experience writing lab reports, dissertations, or scientific documents
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Passion for healthcare and a proactive mindset

UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available if you meet one of the following:

• You are a New Entrant (under age 26 or recent UK graduate)
• You hold a PhD in a STEM subject
• You hold a PhD relevant to the role
