- Review billing statements, ensuring calculations are accurate and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with analysing energy consumption data and maintaining accuracy.
- Respond to customer queries regarding billing, energy usage, and other related inquiries.
- Maintain records in CRM, support contract renewals, and collate reports for internal teams.

We are partnering with a forward-thinking company in Burgess Hill who are seeking a Data Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role, covering all aspects of customer service, administration & data entry.
- Review billing statements, ensuring calculations are accurate and resolving discrepancies
- Assist with analysing energy consumption data and maintaining accuracy
- Respond to customer queries regarding billing, energy usage, and other related inquiries
- Maintain records in CRM, support contract renewals, and collate reports for internal teams

- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid working: 2 days in office, 3 days from home
