Overview

We’re Tiro, a leading provider of science and technology apprenticeships, seeking an Data Coach/Trainer to support learners through their Level 3 Data Driven Professional qualification. Location: Remote. Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 per year.

The Role

You’ll be helping to change the world through science and technology apprenticeships with your obsession for developing the next generation of Data Technicians and Analysts. You’ll drive the progress of your learners, combining your industry expertise and technical knowledge in data processing and analysis with first-class coaching and training skills. You’ll support learners to embed workplace experiences and ensure knowledge transfer that accelerates workplace competency. You’ll be a strong relationship builder who partners with learners, employers and workplace mentors to achieve the best outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support learners through their Level 3 Data Driven Professional qualification
• Drive learner progress and keep them on track to complete their training
• Apply your data processing and analysis expertise to inspire practical application in the workplace
• Develop effective coaching and training approaches to embed workplace experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers and mentors to support successful outcomes

About You / Qualifications

This role involves contact with learners aged 16 and over. Tiro is committed to safeguarding and well-being. Safer Recruitment checks will be undertaken as part of your application, and successful applicants will complete a DBS disclosure if required.

The Package

• Starting salary between £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, plus an end-of-year bonus if team KPIs are met
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Flexible hours; around 37.5 hours per week with core stakeholder coverage
• Remote working with travel required; UK base preferred
• 5% employee pension contribution / 3% employer contribution
