Location: London Bridge (3 days per week onsite)

Start Date: October 2025

Salary: £25,000 + commission + private medical + pension

What You\'ll Learn to Do
  • Partner with ShareForce Talent Partners to build talent pipelines for clients
  • Advertise roles creatively across job boards, social media, and our website
  • Identify and engage candidates through headhunting, networking, and campaigns
  • Build and manage long-term candidate relationships in specialist technical markets
  • Support candidates through the hiring process, from preparation to interview coaching
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
  • Attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and contribute to delivery
  • Develop your professional brand and network on LinkedIn
