A leading components supplier is seeking a People Programme, Analytics & Integration Manager to contribute to HR transformation across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on M&A activities. The successful candidate will manage programme deliverables, analyze data, and ensure efficient transitions. Ideal candidates should possess a robust background in HR, demonstrate excellent project management skills, and be adept in data analytics. This hybrid role allows for remote work.

As thePeople Programme, Analytics & Integration Manageryou willplay a key role in people transformation across EMEA, with a strong focus on M&A activity. You’ll combine programme management, analytics, and systems integration to deliver data-driven, people-centred solutions that support business growth.
A core part of the role involves supporting M&A due diligence and integration work, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and helping drive all people-related post-acquisition initiatives across the region.
