Our client an independent surfacing contractor is looking for an experienced Sales Manager. They are experienced in delivering project nationwide for clients throughout the UK, working across a wider range of sectors.
- The Sales Manager will drive organic business growth and strengthen relationships with existing key clients in the asphalt surfacing sector.
- Hands on leadership role combining team management, strategic sales planning, and direct client engagement.
- Shaping commercial performance and coaching your team.
- Set, monitor, and deliver regional sales targets and KPIs.
- Client visits and pipeline review.
- Oversee tenders and bids.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience managing a high performing sales team.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability.
- Organised and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Understanding of sales processes, bids, and tender management.
