Role Description
  • The Sales Manager will drive organic business growth and strengthen relationships with existing key clients in the asphalt surfacing sector.
  • Hands on leadership role combining team management, strategic sales planning, and direct client engagement.
  • Shaping commercial performance and coaching your team.
  • Set, monitor, and deliver regional sales targets and KPIs.
  • Client visits and pipeline review.
