Job summary
An organization focused on youth engagement is seeking a Young People’s Coordinator to support individuals under 25. The role involves establishing relationships with criminal justice staff to ensure young people's creativity is nurtured and their voices heard. The ideal candidate will have experience working with disadvantaged youths, along with strong communication skills. This position calls for a proactive and adaptable approach to champion the creative expression of young people in challenging environments.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Champion younger entrants (people aged under 25 years).
- Establish close working relations with staff at criminal justice settings.
- Ensure young people's creativity is inspired and their voices heard.
As our Young People’s Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for championing our younger entrants (people aged under 25yrs). You will seek to establish close working relations with staff at criminal justice settings that work with young people and look to find ways to ensure that the young people in these settings have their creativity inspired, motivated and seen, and that their voices are heard by public audiences and our stakeholders.
The successful post-holder will have:
- Experience in working with disadvantaged or hard-to-reach young people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, ambitious and adaptable.
