Qualifications

• Proven experience of working with individuals who pose a risk of harm to others.
• Previous experience in delivering individual and group interventions for offending behaviour or trauma.
• Knowledge of domestic abuse dynamics, coercive control and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments of risk, need and responsivity to guide intervention planning.
• Design, deliver and evaluate evidence-based group and one-to-one interventions.
• Provide stabilisation work and therapeutic input for domestic abuse survivors in refuge settings.
• Support risk management, crisis response and multi-disciplinary reviews.
