• Experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children.
• Experience in producing support and risk management plans.
• Ability to deliver a holistic support service.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer supervisory support to the team in the hospital.
• Identify and assess young victims of violence.
• Support young people and their families during discharge planning.
