A property management firm in Greater London is seeking a Head of Client Accounting. The successful candidate will oversee a team, manage service charge accounting, and prepare client reports. Essential experience includes property finance and mentoring staff. This role is ideal for those ready for a senior position with a focus on team leadership and financial oversight.

- Experience working in a property finance team is a must-have.
- Candidate should have experience in mentoring and managing staff.
- Proficient in preparing year-end service charge accounts and client reporting.
Responsabilités
- Manage a team of 5 people.
- Oversee year-end service charge accounting process.
- Prepare complex year-end service charge accounts.
- Prepare quarterly and annual client reports.
Connaissances
Our Client, is a property management firm who has been established for over 25 years. Their portfolio includes both residential and commercial properties and due to a restructure and new business they are now looking for a Head of Client Accounting to join their team. The successful candidate will be at a Senior Client Accountant/ Account Manager level looking for their next step up.
- Managing a team of 5 people.
- Overseeing and managing the year-end service charge accounting process.
- Preparing complex year-end service charge accounts.
- Preparing quarterly and annual client reports.
- Responsible for overseeing the Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
- Overseeing credit control and ensuring outstanding balances are closed.
- Maintenance of the property management database and implementation of new AI processes/software.
- Collating and running reports.
- MUST HAVE experience of working in a property finance team.
- Experience of mentoring/managing staff.
- Experience of preparing year-end service charge accounts and client reporting.
- Familiar with Property Management System such as QUBE/TRAMPS/YARDI
- Happy to work 4/ days in the office to start with.
