What You’ll Be Doing

As a Billing Assistant you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient billing operations. You’ll work closely with various teams across the business providing support in a wide range of billing tasks and will build strong relationships along the way. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end billing process from preparing invoices to finalising payments ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients building relationships and addressing any billing queries with a high standard of customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams including Accounts Receivable and Credit Control to ensure smooth processing and prompt payment of invoices
• Handle complex billing scenarios and resolve any discrepancies quickly and effectively
• Log amendments and adjustments accurately for audit purposes ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards
• Continuously evaluate billing processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and productivity
• Assist in month-end reporting by preparing billing data for senior management providing insights into trends and key metrics
