A leading logistics provider in the North East of England is seeking an experienced operations and logistics coordinator. Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing shipment planning. Ideal candidates should have strong experience in supply chain processes and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. The role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £32,000.

- Strong experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or supply chain.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with vendors, 3PLs, or internal fulfillment teams.
Responsabilités
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Track and manage order status, delays, and issues.
- Assist in planning and booking international shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers.
- Liaise with vendors to confirm lead times and delivery dates.
- Support purchase order processing and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate inventory or order management records.

SG Personnel are working with a subsidiary of a global manufacturing business who have a rapidly expanding manufacturing plant based in Washington. The Company are one of the leading suppliers in their field who have grown quickly since start up of this unit/division 4 years ago.
- Ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers and customers.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses and carriers.
- Liaise with vendors to confirm lead times and delivery dates.

The salary range is from £30,000 to £32,000.
