Red Clover is a New Jersey based outsourced strategic Human Resources firm managing the recruitment process on behalf of a client.

Tarisio is the leading international venue for fine instruments and bows. Launched in 1999, Tarisio revolutionized the market by combining first-class expertise, the efficiency of online bidding, and a firm commitment to ethics and professionalism. Our goal is to make buying and selling instruments increasingly accessible for musicians, patrons, dealers and collectors. We have offices in New York, London and Berlin, and conduct seven auctions per year as well as year round private sales of high value items, selling more than 3,000 fine instruments and bows annually to a truly global market.

Reporting to the Marketing & Creative Manager in New York and collaborating closely with our international team, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of global campaigns, create high-quality social media and digital content while assisting with day to day marketing operations. Their primary focus will be to elevate Tarisio’s online presence while ensuring brand consistency, alignment and engagement across all channels. They will also contribute to the streamlining of internal marketing operations, processes and generate reports to help make recommendations based on data trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with a primary focus on our London and Berlin offices.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of various campaigns and email newsletters.
  • Support updates to the website and Carteggio features.
  • Manage and maintain campaign and content calendars.
  • Assist with auction-related marketing, including catalogue promotion
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, partnerships and press initiatives
  • Monitor and report campaign performance insights
  • Support the Marketing & Creative Manager with administrative tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Consignment teams to highlight and promote stories, musicians and collector features.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with digital content creation, graphic design and video editing for social media
  • Ability to use Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a fast-paced team
  • Creative, proactive and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with the string music industry or related arts sector
  • Additional language skills preferred, but not required
