Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator. In this role you will be responsible for project tracking, cost control and maintaining key data metrics. You will join a fast-moving IT project team within a leading global bank.

• Coordinates activities of an IT project team, identifying resources and developing schedules to meet deadlines.
• Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements.
• Develops requirement documentation.
• Communicates with project staff and clients regarding project status.
• Utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking and metrics.
• Contributes to process improvement efforts.
• Applies understanding of IT project leadership procedures and basic knowledge of other technical areas.
• Evaluates business and system processes and industry standards.
• Assesses how the team and area integrate with others to accomplish objectives.
• Provides guidance to new or lower-level analysts.
• Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information; resolves problems by applying technical experience and precedents.
• Directly impacts the business by ensuring quality of work for self and others; impacts own team and related work teams.
• Exchanges ideas and information clearly and concisely.
• Assesses risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi, clients and assets; drives compliance with laws and regulations, follows policy, and escalates control issues with transparency.

• 2-5 years experience in an IT Project Co-ordinator role (or equivalent)
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Experience with Jira and Agile environments
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
