Qualifications

• Experience of large complex construction projects is advantageous.
• Joint venture project experience is beneficial.
• Practical experience of NEC contracts and change management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), KPIs, and dashboards.
• Provide continuity between design, cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating.
• Compile monthly reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Provide project control insights to support decision-making.
• Support project reviews and senior level meetings.
