Lead quarterly marketing planning cycles, allocating projects and guiding the team on digital content and campaign activity.
Manage, motivate, and support a team of five through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Track marketing performance daily, adapting plans to ensure targets are achieved.
Take ownership of major marketing initiatives, such as website improvements or large-scale campaign rollouts.
Approve content, oversee marketing administration, and ensure timely reporting each month.
Proven marketing leadership experience with the ability to support and develop a creative team.
Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and Monday.com, along with strong copywriting and design awareness.
Excellent communication, delegation, and stakeholder skills, with a commitment to high standards.
Salary: Up to £50,000
