JOB DESCRIPTION
The CA KAM - Clinical Education and Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the development, delivery, and innovation of impactful local clinical education programs while overseeing key clinical projects from initiation to completion. Acting as the primary local clinical point of contact, this role ensures strategic alignment with regional, enterprise, and global objectives through a unique combination of educational leadership, project management expertise, and strategic partnership development.
With a focus on training excellence, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, and educational innovation, the Clinical Education and Project Manager collaborates closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external partners including academic institutions, dental service organizations, and healthcare networks to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and educational impact.
By empowering healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver outstanding patient care, this role also contributes critical clinical insights that shape enterprise solutions, strengthen strategic collaborations, and inform global clinical strategies.
