The successful candidate will develop integrated marketing strategies, increase global awareness of Assurance capabilities, and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. With over 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in assurance services, the individual will lead diverse teams and enhance client experiences through effective communication and engagement strategies. The Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) function has an important role to play in helping to achieve the EY ambition to create long‑term value as the world’s most trusted and distinctive professional services organization. BMC works in collaboration with the business to take services and solutions to market, bring EY’s purpose ‘Building a better working world’ to life for our people, clients and communities. We engage EY people, help build a high‑performing culture, and enhance the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY brand.
BMC comprises around 2,000 professionals, working across the EY Executive and global network Regions in the following capabilities: Brand and Experiences, Communications and Engagement, Marketing and BMC Enablement.
Within this structure and in addition to service line and industry sector BMC teams, the function includes groups responsible for brand creative and campaigns; issue‑led, buyer‑based programs integrated across service lines and sectors; management of digital channels; communications and reputational management; event strategy, planning and execution; and-первых the function’s transformation.
