We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role focuses on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility via paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics, and campaign optimization, with a creative mindset for impactful campaigns.
- Campaign Execution
- Develop, execute, and manage paid Meta advertising campaigns across the Meta platform.
- Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and meet KPIs.
- Performance Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Create and present detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Track key metrics related to cost, engagement, and performance at campaign and segment levels.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Your profile
- Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Experience
- 2+ years in Meta performance marketing, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Proven success in managing and scaling Meta paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
