We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Transaction Processing Manager to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is based in Manchester. The Vice President, Client Processing Manager plays a pivotal role within the Transaction Processing function, contributing to BNY's strategic pillars through effective management of client processing operations. • Lead and manage Asset Transfer operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and assess performance, aligning activities to strategic objectives and client expectations.

• Proven leadership in transaction processing, client operations, or wealth services operations.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into measurable improvements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Comfort with digital tools, data analytics, and AI to spark progress.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on risk management, client experience, and team wellbeing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications welcomed.
• Vast experience in transaction management within financial services/wealth operations.
• Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
