Key responsibilities include designing technical solutions, understanding HMRC systems, and mentoring team members. Main duties include, but are not limited to:
Working with colleagues to understand and design technical solutions that ensure operational delivery.
Understanding CDIO & HMRC systems and the technologies that deliver those systems.
Understanding the wider HMRC technology systems and strategies.
Playing a leading role on specific technical aspects of the service delivery of CDIO & HMRC systems.
Articulating technical viewpoints to technical and non-technical colleagues, senior management and business partners.
Championing and mentoring colleagues.
