Job summary
A leading CRO is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Quality (GCP) to provide critical leadership during a high-demand period. This role requires extensive experience in GCP Quality Management within the pharma/biotech sector, with a strong focus on leading QA strategy, managing audits, CAPA, and enhancing quality governance. The contract spans 3-6 months, with a commitment of 4-5 days per week, making it an excellent opportunity for a senior QA professional to make a meaningful impact.

- Proven leadership in QA strategy, oversight, and inspection readiness.

RRxCo is currently supporting a leading CRO that is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Quality (GCP) to step into a critical leadership role during a period of high operational demand.
- Extensive experience in GCP Quality Management within pharma / biotech or CRO environments
- Proven leadership in QA strategy, oversight, and inspection readiness
- Strong track record of managing audits, CAPA, vendor oversight, and quality governance
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, regulatory, and project teams
- Immediate or short-notice availability
- Duration : 3–6 months
- Commitment : 4–5 days per week
- Sector : Contract Research
