Overview

Do you want to earn a minimum of £13.65 per hour? We're looking for a Packing Skilled Operative to join our team at our site in Brackley, Northamptonshire. As Packing Skilled Operative you'll be working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short‑shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Responsibilities

• Escalate any issues to Technical Operatives or Process Leader
• Work proactively to ensure that the production lines are running effectively
• Carry out hourly production and quality control checks
• Record production data both electronic and paper based
• Ensure that the product is packed correctly and to high standard expectations
• Report information back to section managers
• Clean equipment and modules on a rotation schedule

Qualifications

• A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude to tasks
• Be self‑motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
