A healthcare organization in Worcester is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide strong clinical leadership and drive excellent outcomes for patients. You will support the Centre Manager in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and lead an interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates have a degree in a therapeutic profession or nursing, along with extensive experience in adult medical care and complex care needs. The expert team at Worcester are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to provide strong clinical leadership, support our teams, and help drive excellent outcomes for the people we support. Working alongside the Centre Manager, the Clinical Lead will be responsible for ensuring effective and safe clinical practice, monitor standards via audits and observations, review policies and implement action plans.
Support the Centre Manager ensuring the service is able to operate efficiently and effectively whilst helping to manage the day-to-day running of the service.
Show clear, visible leadership and guidance to all staff, setting high standards of professionalism and care.
Support with rota management and staffing levels to guarantee safe and effective care at all times.
To ensure the Centre remains fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Work with the Centre Manager and Quality Assurance team to ensure safe clinical practice, monitor standards via audits and observations, review policies, implement action plans and provide data reports as required.
To work with the Centre Manager to formulate strategies for service development or changes in service provision and support implementation.
Bachelor's Science Degree in a Therapeutic profession (SLT/PT/OT/DT) or a Registered Nurse.
Must be CQC or CL registered.
Have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in adult medical care.
Have experience of working with residents who have complex care needs, specifically adult neurological conditions.
Previously worked within a Residential or care home setting.
Must have experience of policy and service development with proven results.
Have extensive experience of care and nursing delivery within a similar environment.
Have experience of managing an interdisciplinary team.
Have experience of meeting regulatory requirements.
