The Social Media & Content Manager will help shape the creative vision of our social channels and elevate how our brand shows up online. You’ll lead the development of social‑first ideas, directing and producing content that feels modern, culturally aware, and true to our aesthetic.

In this role, you’ll push creative boundaries while ensuring consistency across every platform, from campaign concepts to daily storytelling. Working closely with our brand and marketing teams, you’ll bring a strong point of view, a refined eye, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals that resonate and grow our community.

• Creative Strategy & Ideation
  • Develop original concepts, campaigns, and storytelling approaches tailored to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and potential to expand social platforms to keep the brand innovating).
  • Work closely with strategists, the wider team, copywriters, and the design team to shape the brand’s social presence.
• Content Creation & Oversight
  • Lead the design, copy, and production of social‑first content (static, video, motion, interactive formats).
  • Ensure creative output matches brand tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them to campaigns.
• Collaboration
  • Partner with paid media teams, influencer coordinators, and brand managers.
  • Brief and direct creatives, and inform brand managers of what content is needed for social campaigns.
  • Liaise with external agencies, production houses, or content creators when needed.
• Performance & Optimisation
  • Analyse engagement and content performance to refine creative strategies.
  • Test new formats, methods, and platform features.

• Strong background in social‑first content creation (copy, design, short‑form video).
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behaviours.
• Proficiency with tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere.
• Strong storytelling abilities.
• Experience in leading creative projects and mentoring junior creatives.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
