About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Life Sciences team. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your recruitment career, you will be working alongside some of the best in the industry. You'll be working with clients right from the start, bringing in new business and expanding with existing clients both here in the UK and International market. It's a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing top talent for the Life Sciences sector, with a focus on finding highly qualified professionals.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, developing strategies to find, attract, and hire experts in various Life Science disciplines.
• Lead initiatives in global sourcing, diversity hiring, and engaging passive candidates ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Drive business development, building relationships with new clients while maintaining strong partnerships with existing ARM's Life Sciences clients.

Key Requirements:

• A passion for Life Sciences, with a strong interest in recruiting professionals in scientific fields.
• A collaborative, creative problem-solver who can design strategic solutions for complex recruitment challenges.
• Experience mentoring others to help enhance technical skills and career development in a professional recruitment setting.
