You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students, working collaboratively with support staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the individualised education they deserve.

They provide a varied curriculum tailored to help each child achieve individual goals. As a SEMH Teacher, you’ll work in an engaging environment supporting both academic development and social‑emotional growth, helping students become respectful community members. The role requires a hardworking, resilient educator committed to making a positive impact on vulnerable children’s lives through personalised learning approaches.
Full‑time position starting January 2026 providing academic support to students in a pupil referral unit. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑4pm.
Essential requirement: comfort and experience working with young people who have varied special educational needs, particularly SEND/SEMH. The role demands expertise in supporting vulnerable students with diverse learning challenges through individualised teaching approaches.
