Senior Social Worker – Case Management Team - Hybrid basis, 1 day in office a week.

About the Role:

An experienced Senior Social Worker is required to join a busy Case Management Team, working with children and families across a range of statutory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a complex caseload of families subject to:

  1. Children in Need (CIN)
  2. Child Protection Plans (CPP)
  3. Public Law Outline (PLO)
  4. Care Proceedings Supervision Orders (SO)
  • Undertake regular home visits and direct work with children and families.
  • Attend and contribute to core group meetings and multi‑agency forums.
  • Prepare high‑quality court reports and assessments within statutory timescales.
  • Ensure robust risk assessment, care planning, and case recording.
