Recruitment Consultant – M&E (360 Role) | Basildon | Up to £35k DOE | Office-Based

Location: Basildon, Essex

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Full-time, office-based

A long-established, specialist recruitment agency is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their team in Basildon. With decades of expertise in the built environment and a strong reputation in the M&E space, the business offers an excellent platform for recruiters who want autonomy, support, and the chance to grow something of their own.

• 360 recruitment across the M&E sector – temporary and/or permanent placements
• Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, placing, and aftercare
• Working collaboratively with a close-knit, supportive team
• Fully office-based role in a professional but friendly environment

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (ideally M&E, construction, or technical sectors)
• A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously

• Confident communication and negotiation abilities

• Competitive salary up to £35k depending on experience
