Job summary
A leading engineering recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager to oversee hydraulic product design and support customers effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and project management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications
- Education: HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of hydraulics.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and hydraulic product design.
- Familiarity with project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
- Design hydraulic products using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Build customer and supplier relationships.

- Review project enquiries and make sure the proposed products meet company capabilities.
- UseSolidWorksandAutoCADto design hydraulic products, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Keep technical documents, drawings, and specifications organised and up-to-date.

- Provide technical expertise to the team and customers.
- Manage project changes and monitor performance using appropriate tools.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Assist in business development by promoting and selling hydraulic products.
- Education: HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of hydraulics.
- Software: Skilled inSolidWorks,AutoCAD, andMS Office.
- Experience: Familiar with manufacturing processes, hydraulic product design, and project management.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and communicate well with customers.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Must be eligible for Security Clearance and provide a DBS check.
