• Promote a culture of safety and uphold high-quality standards across teams.
• Implement the BMS throughout all project stages, from tender to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Preserve the company’s reputation through positive partnerships with JV partners and suppliers.
• Ensure sufficient trained personnel are available and aware of their responsibilities.
• Plan projects, review and approve the PEP, and oversee delivery.
• Prepare and approve detailed construction plans and method statements before activities begin.
• Complete and retain all PEP-related records at project closure.
• Report site non-conformities and estimate associated costs.
• Manage all commercial aspects of projects proactively with accurate forecasts.
• Apply detailed project management knowledge from conception to acceptance.
• Pursue continuous professional development through networking and industry events.
• Perform other duties and training as required within the role’s scope.

• Project Management experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally within the water industry.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction, commercial, or engineering related discipline.
• Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
• Experience in project delivery.
• Strategic, operational, technical and management skills.
• Knowledge of Construction Contracts, ideally NEC and/or IChemE, with ability to negotiate and administer.
• Risk & Opportunity Management experience.
• Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety.
