Senior Project Manager required for a leading construction contractor who work within the hospitality on pubs, restaurants and hotels.

Role Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for running several projects with various sizes within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor labour and site management for each scheme
- Write site programmes ensuring they are adhered to onsite once work commences
- Collate and sign off snagging works
- Manage the client relationship
- Ensure design and contracts details are available at all times
- Have regular meetings with the commercial and operational teams to discuss site progress and costs
