About the Role:

The Commercial HVAC Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects within the construction industry. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management principles, and coordination with clients, contractors, and suppliers. The goal is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The Project Manager will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and successful HVAC solutions in commercial settings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and relevant building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with energy-efficient HVAC systems and sustainable practices.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities:
