Job summary

A leading compliance firm in the UK is looking for an experienced Head of Compliance to lead the compliance strategy and ensure alignment with AML/KYC regulations. The role requires at least 10 years of compliance leadership experience in FinTech/RegTech and expertise in AML/KYC regulations. The ideal candidate will develop compliance training and liaise with regulators. This position offers the opportunity to build compliance frameworks at scale.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in compliance leadership in FinTech/RegTech.
  • Strong expertise in AML/KYC/IDV regulations.
  • Experience working with regulators and auditors.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee compliance framework across regions.
  • Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, KYB, and fraud prevention regulations.
  • Liaise with regulators and industry bodies.
  • Develop compliance training and monitoring programs.
  • Partner with Product and Legal to ensure compliance in product design.
