We are seeking an experienced Safety Compliance Advisor to support the effective delivery of heating, electrical and lift safety across our residential property portfolio. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all compliance obligations are met in line with regulatory requirements, reducing risk to customers, employees, and third parties. The position also covers several smaller compliance areas, including alternative heating systems, door entry systems, and alarm equipment.
You will be responsible for ensuring our properties remain fully compliant with all statutory obligations related to cyclical servicing, maintenance, lift safety certification, and other property safety requirements. You will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and control measures designed to prevent non-compliance.
Key aspects of the role include managing programmed works, validating certification, monitoring budgets, overseeing remedial actions, analysing compliance data, and preparing reports that identify themes and trends. Strong relationship-building is essential, as you will work closely with internal teams, contractors, partners, and regulatory bodies to deliver high‑quality, safe, and efficient services.
You will also provide technical advice on heating and electrical compliance, contribute to internal and external audits, and ensure all compliance activity is accurately recorded in the asset management system.

This is a full‑time permanent role, working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with the potential to work remotely one day per week, and is available to start as soon as possible upon appointment. The client has not notified us of any specific Health & Safety risks. The notice period is 1 week during probation, rising to 1 month thereafter and is paid on a monthly, salaried basis.
