Commercial Counsel
We develop, manufacture and market a broad range of branded and non-branded generic pharmaceutical products across the United States (US), the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Europe. We are also a leading licensing partner in MENA. Our operations span more than 50 countries and are conducted through three business segments.
A new opportunity now exists to join the global legal team based in Mayfair. In this role, you will work as part of the UK Legal Team undertaking a broad ranging general commercial position.
The role is a varied in-house position and you would be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, analysing legal implications of various situations and advising the business accordingly. This role would involve advising the business on regulatory compliance, including compliance with anti-trust and sanctions regimes, data protection and anti-bribery and corruption. You would also be involved with matters relating to restructuring, finance and M&A and assisting the General Counsel with special projects.
