A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an Associate Director in Building Surveying. This fully remote role, based in the UK, involves leading various projects across sectors like commercial and residential. Candidates should have strong consultancy experience and ideally be MRICS qualified. Education
We're supporting a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy who are looking to appoint an Associate Director Building Surveying into their team. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone based in or around the Bristol/South West region who's confident managing both project and professional surveying work.
- Lead a variety of schemes across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, and public sector estates, covering everything from new-build developments to complex refurbishment projects.
- Take ownership of key clients, support junior surveyors remotely, and help drive the continued growth of the building surveying function.
- Strong experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment.
- MRICS preferred (or equivalent senior-level experience).
- A solid mix of project and professional work – including surveys, defect analysis, dilaps, contract admin, and PM.
- Experience delivering both new-build and refurbishment schemes.
- Comfortable travelling across Bristol and the wider South West for projects/client visits.
- Confident leading clients, managing workloads, and supporting team growth.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Up to £75,000.
