The Business Development Representative (BDR) for Domos / SimCorp Alternatives reports to the Senior Manager Business Development for EMEA and works very closely with the sales, pre‑sales, and marketing teams. Your role will be fundamental, concentrating on the EMEA market and specifically targeting the alternative investments sector. This role provides a strong path for growth, helping you build the expertise to become a frontrunner in the alternatives space at DOMOS and SimCorp.
The primary responsibilities of the BDR are to target, build intelligence, and engage with key personas in the region with a remit to identify new business opportunities for the sales team, specifically within private markets, real assets, and other alternative asset classes. This person will be responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects, building early relationships through phone, email, social outreach, and in person where valuable. They will also represent DOMOS/SimCorp Alternatives at industry events and conferences, helping to drive interest and awareness across the alternatives market. The candidate will also monitor government and public sector industries for tenders that are issued, with a focus on alternative investment mandates.
