We've partnered with the exciting brand Abbott Lyon as we search for a Web eCommerce Manager to join their team for an initial 12 month FTC!

About the role

We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Website Manager to own the operational performance and day-to-day management of the Abbott Lyon e-commerce site. Reporting directly to the Head of Website, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our Shopify Plus store - ensuring products are launched seamlessly, the site is optimised for conversion, and that we deliver a best-in-class customer experience at every stage of the journey.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and combines strong technical ability with a commercial, data-driven mindset.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own and manage the Shopify Plus website, ensuring all products, collections, and launches are built accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless launches and ensure all pages are polished, functional, and on-brand.
  • Use data and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities to improve UX, site speed, and conversion.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing and personalisation strategies to drive conversion and retention.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with our external developers, ensuring site stability, security, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Partner with external developers and the Head of Website to deliver the website development roadmap and launch new functionality.
  • Manage third-party apps and integrations to enhance functionality and customer journey.
  • Work with back-end and operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends, Shopify developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage a team of Website Executives.
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience managing e-commerce websites, ideally for a consumer brand.
  • Knowledge of Shopify / Shopify Plus is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple projects on tight timelines.
  • A keen eye for UX/UI design, with a commercial mindset.
  • Passion for fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands is a bonus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-moving culture.
