Job Description
Base Location: London / Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Your role will focus on activities related to driving adoption across our firmwide technologies, particularly our digital workplace tools. The Digital Adoption Team collaborates with programmes deploying new technologies to ensure successful rollout and adoption of key digital tech, including Microsoft 365 apps, GenAI, and more. We prioritize user experience, aiming for technology that is seamless, sleek, and user-friendly.
The Digital Adoption Manager will ensure the firm maximizes ROI on current and future technologies. This role involves leading activities that support the firm's digital strategy to achieve business outcomes and facilitate transformation across the organization.
Additionally, the role includes leadership of the Digital Ninja Programme, the largest technology champion network at KPMG, comprising over 1,000 Ninjas embedded in various business areas to optimize technology application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the UK firm's digital strategy, including adoption of Microsoft Copilot, KPMG UK's GenAI tool AVA, and AI integration into workflows.
- Collaborate with the Adoption team, Change & Adoption team, and Digital Workplace Programme. The role reports to the Head of Change and Digital Adoption.
- Design adoption strategies for new tools and develop delivery approaches that enhance ways of working, bridging technical and user perspectives.
- Integrate digital adoption activities into deployment planning, including design, development, testing, and communication strategies.
- Engage others using modern communication methods, social learning, and content strategies; contribute to campaigns.
- Lead the Digital Ninja Programme, ensuring community engagement, upskilling, and awareness of tech updates.
- Stay current with technological advancements, utilize social media for recognition and idea generation, and research updates from companies like Microsoft.
- Coordinate with global counterparts, analyze adoption metrics, and track engagement.
- Assess new technologies' benefits, project their impact into the business, and create user-friendly tips to promote adoption.
