Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and customer-focused Salesperson to join and grow our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing new enquiries, coordinating orders, and driving new sales opportunities. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit to help achieve our annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries across all channels (email, phone, web, social media).
- Qualify and prioritise leads based on urgency and potential value.
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups, tailored information, and assist where needed for planning and funding.
- Maintain accurate communication in the CRM system (HubSpot) to support lead tracking and reporting.
- Convert warm and hot leads into confirmed sales
Customer Order Coordination
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, from quotation to production, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise closely with the factory team to align production schedules with agreed delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to finalise dome specifications, ensuring feasibility and customer satisfaction.
- Assist where needed with MieTrak system to manage orders, track progress, and coordinate with the JDR factory and external suppliers.
- Monitor and maintain accurate TruDome stock inventory levels
- Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues or delays to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist with order documentation, including purchase orders and delivery notes, is completed accurately and stored appropriately.
- Address customer enquiries and issues promptly, working out solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help grow the business
- Develop and cherish existing accounts
- Conduct site visits and in-person meetings to build relationships and promote the product range
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Provide insights that inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop customer case studies, testimonials, and reviews.
- Provide input on campaigns and initiatives that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Gather customer feedback
Trade Show Participation
- Assist with organising and represent TruDomes at industry events and trade shows.
- Showcase products, build brand presence, and connect with potential customers
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience using MieTrak and HubSpot desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on your own and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and solving problems.
- Familiarity with market analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics and supply chain coordination is desirable but not essential.

- Flexible working hours, school hours, full time or part time available

- Pay: £30-35k per year- based on full time 40 hours
